Becoming a Corporate Sponsor for ACI
Associated Colleges of Illinois Corporate Partnerships are limited opportunities that afford our partners some of the benefits featured below. We are happy to discuss how sponsorship benefits can be customized to meet your needs.
- Special Access to ACI’s Member Institutions
A Corporate Partner can collaborate with ACI to accomplish a promotional mailing to all or a targeted list of CFOs, purchasing officers, and other decision-makers at member campuses, together with a cover letter from ACI announcing your partnership. The program will also invite selected professional staff of ACI member institutions to participate in one webinar or conference call organized and administrated by a Corporate Partner on a specifically arranged date and time. Invitations and promotions to this event will be handled by ACI and it will appear in the Executive Director’s monthly E-Letter.
As an added benefit, if it can be arranged, every Corporate Partner will have one opportunity to sponsor a small gathering of ACI presidents and trustees (such as an Executive Committee meeting) either in-person or by conference call, and will have the opportunity to discuss with the group a topic of critical interest to our members. In the event that this opportunity presents as a luncheon or reception, the Corporate Partner will be responsible for any costs associated with that event.
- ACI’s Executive Director’s E-Letter
ACI will include articles (of 1,000 words or less) of current interest to members and in ACI’s Executive Director’s E-Letter and each Corporate Partner will have four opportunities during its a 12 month partnership to promote them in the body of the e-letter. These articles should address specific issues of interest to our members within your frame of expertise. Corporate Partners will also be given the opportunity to distribute up to two bulletins on urgent/critical issues as part of our new e-blast program designed to educate leadership about important issues in the field.
- ACI’s Special Events and Programs
Corporate Partners will receive invitations to all ACI special events and to events sponsored for ACI by other entities. Plus, they will be entitled to their own feature here on the Associated Colleges of Illinois Website.
